Manual for the Net Gaming Solutions Affiliate System

The Net Gaming Solutions Affiliate System gives you the opportunity to place banners and other promotional material in an organized way and allows you to view detailed statistics for them.

Below you will find an explanation and some tips about our Affiliate System:

Check your account details and/or edit them if necessary. Make sure your details are always up-to-date in order to avoid payment problems.

Check the Statistics of your Promotion.

Please note: Software platforms without any data will not be shown.

Date

Select the period for which you want to see the statistics. You can simply input the date for a certain period of time or click on the date and select:

• Current month
• Last month
• Current year
• All dates after: Select a day on the calendar
• Date range: Select a range on the calendar

Please note that the maximum number of periods is 50.

Section

Select the section for which you want to see the statistics. You can make your selection by:

• Platform: Amsterdams Casino, Triple Gold Casino, etc.
• Website: Shows the active websites in your account
• Zone: shows the zone(s) / location(s) of your websites
• Advertisement: Shows a breakdown per banner

Unit

Select the unit for which you want to see the statistics. You have a number of options to choose from:

• Profit: Your percentage of the revenue minus payouts
• Real players: Number of new, Real Money Players
• Fun players: Number of new Fun/Practice Players that registered for an account
• Demo Players: Number of new, Fun/Practice Players that only filled out their email address but did not register for a new account
• Depositing players: Number of players that made a deposit (new and existing players)
• Impressions: How often the promotion (banner or link) is seen
• Clicks: How often the promotion is clicked on
• Revenue: Deposits made by your players
• Payouts: Payments made to your players
• Sub-affiliate profit: The amount earned as a result of your Sub-affiliate’s efforts

Time setting

Choose how you want to view the statistics in time:

• By day
• By week
• By month

As soon as you can see the statistics, you can choose to split the selection to view the total or a specific series.

The statistics are shown in either a table or graph.

You can view the invoices here and download them from past months.

The media section is divided into two sections

• Website management
• Banners and text links

Website management

You can add multiple websites to your account and view the statistics per website.

You can also set up separate zones in a website. This is very practical if you want to view the statistics by position (home page, news page, top banner, etc.) on your website.

If you want to add a new zone, you need to select the correct website first before adding a new zone.

Click the Media button to go to this page.

When choosing a banner, you first need to go through the following steps so that the statistics for a specific promotion are displayed in the correct way.

1. Choose the website where you want to place the promotion.
2. Choose the target zone on the website.
3. Choose the platform.
4. Check the appropriate box for displaying banners (gif), banners (flash) or text links.
5. Select the format(s) of the banner(s).
6. Copy the code and paste it into your website.

Attention!

To make sure that our statistics show the correct data (impressions, clicks, etc.), it is very important that the complete tracking code is copied and pasted. We are not responsible for loss of revenue due to incorrect use of the banner codes.

You will find an overview of the affiliates that have registered through a Netgaming Solutions promotional link on your website. You will receive revenue on the earnings of these sub-affiliates.
