  1. I have registered. How do I start earning money?

    It is easy to earn money by placing our banners on your website. When your website visitor clicks on one of our banners and starts playing with real money on our website, you will receive a percentage.

  2. How do I place a banner on my website?

    After logging in, you will need to go to the Banner section. Here you can select the product you want to promote, the banner type (Flash or GIF) and the format. After selecting a banner for your site, copy the unique tracking code for this banner and paste it in to the HTML code of your website.

    It is very important to use the exact code that we provide. If the code is not used exactly as-is, you risk having a problem with the tracking not working properly.

  3. I have multiple sites and positions on my websites. Can I see the results divided per site and position?

    Yes, this is possible. In our program you can submit multiple websites and for each website you can specify different zones. Each and every distinct banner code and the codes in other promotional materials can be used to specify a different website and zone, so you can see the statistics and earnings per website and zone.

  4. What happens when a player wins and my balance becomes negative?

    It is possible to have a negative balance with our casinos due to players winning. If your balance at the end of the month is still negative, you will not receive any earnings for that casino for that month. But, you’ll have a fresh start the next month starting at a 0 (zero) balance.

    Any negative balances are not offset by our other products. So if you have a -500 EUR balance at Amsterdams Casino and a +700 EUR balance at Jackpot Red, at the end of the month you will receive a total amount of +700 EUR.

    In most cases players that have won will deposit their winnings again, so having a negative balance occasionally is nothing to worry about.

  5. When do I get paid?

    We use two categories for payments

    Casinos and Poker
    An invoice will be posted to your account by the 20th of every month. We pay invoices within 14 days after the invoice date. For example: For your earnings in the month of January, the invoice will be posted to your account around the 20th of February, which will then be paid within 14 days.

    Slots
    Invoices will be posted to your account 50 days after each month. We pay invoices within 14 days of the invoice date. For example: For your slots earnings in the month of January, you’ll receive an invoice around March 20th that will then be paid within 14 days.

  6. Do I need to have a company to earn money as an affiliate?

    No, this is not necessary. You can promote our products as a private person/entity. To receive payment in this capacity, we will send you a credit invoice after which we will transfer the stated amount to your bank account.

    Important: You are solely responsible for reporting your earnings to the Tax Department.

  7. What are the cancellation terms?

    We do not require any cancellation notice. So, you can start when you want and also quit whenever you want.

  8. How do I receive my invoices?

    We post invoices to your account so you can download them directly from your online account. We make payments within 14 days after posting an invoice.

  9. Can I promote your products on all my sites?

    Yes, but it is not permitted to place links, banners, texts and/or other promotional material for platforms promoted by NGS on websites that contain pornography or sex related topics or where illegal material is displayed. This includes, but is not limited to, sites that advertise or include topics like child pornography, violence, criminal acts, and discrimination on the basis of race, gender, sexual preference, religion, nationality, etc.

  10. I don’t have a website. Can I still promote your products?

    Yes this is still possible. If you don’t have a website there are several other ways to promote our products. For instance, there are flyers with special bonus codes that you can hand out. Please get in touch with us any time for more information about these options.

  11. Can I also receive a fixed fee amount per player (CPA)?

    No, you can only receive a revenue share percentage for all of our products. After years of experience, we’ve concluded that affiliates earn more with an ongoing revenue share percentage than with a one-time CPA amount thanks to the high player value at our casinos.

  12. How do I get paid?

    Your earnings will be transferred to your bank account of choice.

  13. Do you have a Sub-affiliate program?

    Yes, we also have a sub-affiliate program for the casinos. However, we do not have a sub-affiliate program for poker or slots at this time. For the casinos, you will receive 5% of the profits from your sub-affiliate’s players.

  14. Can I earn commissions for registering myself as a player with my own affiliate account?

    No, this is not allowed and will be viewed as an abuse that will result in the termination of your affiliate account.

  15. How often and when do you update the statistics?

    All of our statistics are displayed in real-time. This means that you will immediately see the statistics for your new players and/or new player transactions.
